Day Three

Hello everyone,

Today is day three and I started off the day not feeling to bad. But it was Monday morning and I started to feel the pressure after putting down this All Green Juicer. The mixture goes as follows:

Use as much greens as needed
Romaine Hearts
Kale or Collards
Spinach
2 Handfuls Parsley
2-3 Celery Stalks
½ Lemon
1 Piece Ginger (thumb sized)

It was the worst. I don't know if it was the that terrible or I just put everything together wrong.

Well sad to say but by my break, I was downstairs getting some cheese squares and crackers. I know, I know!!! I shouldn't have done it but I had a weak moment. But for the rest of the day I was good to go...

Before class I was able to burn a few calories before finishing my day. Then I got home and made me a Apple-Beet-Carrot Juicer and off to bed I went. Here is the mixture:

1 Apple
2 Beets
3 Large Carrots
1 Piece Ginger (thumb sized)
Spinach / Kale – (optional)

  1. Germain you need to balance out your recipes - try this recipe and a guarantee it won't suck.

    1 Handful of spinach
    1 Cucumber
    2 carrots
    2 apples - red delicious
    1/2 lemon or lime
    thumb of ginger

    or

    3 carrots
    some fresh mint
    2 kiwis
    2 apples
    1 cucumber
    2 celery stalks

    either one of these will taste good and make sure you make about 2 quarts worth -- each recipe is 1 quart worth -- you will feel great and they taste great too.
