So this is the 10th of August 2011 and this is the beginning of my transformation. In the next 60 days I will be putting my heart and soul into the transformation of my life.
About 3 weeks ago I was told by a church member of mine to watch a documentary called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". After watching it I just was so amazed by the way the people on the movie put everything aside to change there life for the better. And from there I knew what had to be done especially since I watched my brother in Christ(Brian) drop over 30 lbs in 23 days of his planned 60 days.
I have been trying for the last few years to loss the weight that has been holding my body down for so long. So today is the start of a life style change not a diet. I will go 110% to take myself to the next level. So for the next 60 days I will be juicing my way to a slimmer me.
