Day Eight

Well it is the weekend and time to pick up the kids. This was my biggest challenge of all because I love to cook and I love taking the kids places so part of the time we end up eating out.

Well not this time. I actual had a early morning because I had to help my best friend. ;-)..... So I left the house with everything ready to go. I made 2 juicers that would last me until I made it home.

Once I got back home with the kids they saw the calendar and started asking, "What are all the numbers for, daddy?!" I then explained to them my challenge for myself and they were happy.

As the day goes by I decided to have as my daughter would say, "Family Night." So I decided to cook the last bit of meat in the house to make tacos and burritos for everyone. Once everyone arrived the pressure was on. Smelling all that good food I knew it was over.... But I made it!!!! It was cool, too. No one even asked me why wasn't I eating. They just ate their food while I watched the game.
